Qualifications

• Proven experience as Front Office Supervisor or senior hotel reception role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with property management systems and reservation software.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk activities to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new front desk agents with ongoing coaching.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and monitor hotel occupancy.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services.
