Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in front desk operations or similar hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure efficient and courteous check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Oversee handling of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and guest service.
• Monitor front desk operations to identify efficiency and service quality improvements.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs for front desk staff.
