Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the guest relations function to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with guests, anticipating their needs and offering personalized services.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Desk to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement guest service initiatives and programs.
• Maintain guest preference files and ensure personalized service.
• Conduct pre-arrival checks and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor online reviews and social media feedback; respond appropriately.
• Assist in training staff on guest relations best practices and standards.
• Contribute to achieving hotel targets for guest satisfaction and repeat business.
