Placements24 is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in a hybrid role combining office-based strategy with remote flexibility. You will lead the FP&A function, delivering insights on financial performance, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive growth and sound financial management.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a proven ability to drive financial performance through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 6+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in tech.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning software (Hyperion, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast; identify drivers and variances.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on performance and outlook.
• Provide analytical support for pricing, profitability, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools.
• Mentor FP&A team members.
