Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Remote FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for a global footprint. You will build robust financial models, deliver insights to executives, and shape financial performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and ERP/BI tools experience, and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders in a remote, dispersed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• MBA or professional qualification (CFA/CPA) is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar.
• Proven experience in developing and managing complex financial models and budgets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with strategic alignment.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for executives.
• Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and support their planning needs.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement to drive profitability.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency and accuracy.
• Present financial results and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends and economic conditions impacting performance.
