Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join the finance leadership team in Sandton. This role drives financial strategy through robust forecasting, budgeting, and insightful analysis; you will partner with senior management to guide decisions and improve profitability.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will be a CA(SA) with at least seven years in FP&A, skilled in financial modeling,

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or equivalent with strong FP&A background.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools; advanced Excel.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models to support initiatives and scenario planning.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers, trends, variances; provide insights.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for exec leadership and board.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational-financial needs.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
