This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage service across their establishments, which may include restaurants, cafes, or event spaces. You will be responsible for leading a team of service staff, managing inventory, ensuring high standards of service quality, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular stock takes and place orders with suppliers as needed.

• Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and operational procedures.
• Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
