Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and relevant F&B management software.
• A formal qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
