The Good Human (Pty)Ltd is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead a full F&B department within a dynamic hotel and gambling environment in Magaliesburg.

You will oversee budgeting, stock control, policy implementation, and revenue generation while ensuring quality storage, compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' management experience in F&B across all areas.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with CMS and report writing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do:

• Manage the Food and Beverage department, including budgeting, financial analysis, and management systems

• Ensure quality assurance of supplies, storeroom, and cold storage

Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4) qualification
• Minimum of 5 years' management experience in product improvement and service delivery within all F&B areas
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Strong financial analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and report writing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with the following:

• Management of hospitality or gambling sector operations
