Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Director to lead culinary and beverage operations in Centurion. This executive role requires strategic vision, financial acumen, and exceptional people leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

You will oversee menus, sourcing, pricing, and quality across restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining, driving profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a directorial role within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of menu engineering, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, wine, spirits, and mixology.
• Excellent financial management and analytical skills. A formal culinary qualification or a degree in Hospitality Management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the F&B department, including menu development, sourcing, pricing, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor the culinary and service teams, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance revenue, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statements, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in all F&B outlets and kitchen areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and events to drive F&B business.
