Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach strategies.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations of our client's solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a field sales or remote sales role, with a strong portfolio of closed deals.
• Excellent understanding of consultative selling techniques and sales methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.
• High level of self-discipline, organization, and time management skills to succeed in a remote environment .
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
