Job summary

Brilliant Computers Worcester is seeking an entry‑level Network Hands & Feet technician to support onsite and remote troubleshooting. You will assist with console access, rack mounting, cabling, and basic configuration under guidance from the Remote Support Team.

The role requires a degree or diploma in IT or network engineering, 2+ years supporting enterprise networks, knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in CS/IT/Network Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within documented procedures.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite and remote troubleshooting per Remote Support Team.
• Connect consoles and enable remote access sessions.
• Rack mounting/unmounting and cabling as instructed.
• Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
