Placements24 seeks a meticulous Events Coordinator to plan and execute corporate functions and private celebrations at our premier Centurion venue. You will manage client liaison, budgets, timelines and on-site logistics to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, ensuring seamless coordination from conception to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide proposals, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (catering, venue setup, audiovisual) and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and floor plans.
• Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
