Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to plan, execute and deliver a variety of events for our Centurion-based operations using a hybrid work model. You will manage client interactions, vendor negotiations, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluations to ensure objectives and budgets are met.

The role suits someone with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance remote administration with on-site event

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and objectives.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure best rates.
• Manage event logistics including venue, catering, AV, staffing.
• Oversee on-site execution and resolve issues.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
