Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, proposals, and contracts for catering events.
• Coordinate event details with clients, including menu selection, timelines, and special requests.
• Liaise effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Manage event logistics, such as venue setup, staffing, and equipment rentals.
• Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure all aspects of the catering are planned meticulously.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during or after events in Centurion.
