Job summary

Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. You will drive lead generation targeting enterprise accounts, using multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound leads.

You will book discovery meetings with the CEO and keep meticulous CRM records. You should thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, possess a hunter mindset, and have a proven track record in delivering

Qualifications

• Proven success & track record delivering significant volume of enterprise leads.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Confident, driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Comfortable using sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).
• Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role is a plus.
• A genuine interest in business growth, technology, and enterprise markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within targeted outreach to enterprise accounts.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns using a mix of email, social, phone, and other channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Book and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and CEO.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our solutions.
• Work closely with the CEO to develop account strategies and improve conversion rates.
