The Career Network SA is recruiting a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead relationships with enterprise clients in the Cape Town area. You will drive strategic account plans, expand high-value portfolios, and act as the main liaison to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Based in Cape Town, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored technology solutions, pursue growth opportunities, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Key Account Management or related sales role, preferably tech sector.
• Experience managing large enterprise accounts and hitting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value key accounts in the Cape Town metropolitan area.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and ensure needs are met.
