The role requires six years in KAM or related sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel. A business degree is required.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in Key Account Management or related sales role, preferably in technology.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel within designated region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value key accounts in the Western Cape region.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize CLV.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Negotiate renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on account status and sales performance.
