Acca Careers is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager in Cape Town to nurture and expand relationships with enterprise clients across the Western Cape. You’ll drive strategic account plans and own client outcomes, ensuring retention and growth within a prestigious portfolio.

The role requires proven KAM experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the region. A strong tech orientation and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years experience in Key Account Management or related sales, tech sector preferred.
• Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value key accounts in the Cape Town metropolitan area.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Negotiate contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
