Placements24 is seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role focuses on advising on SA labour law, industrial relations, and employment litigation, with emphasis on compliance, dispute resolution, and policy development.

You will represent the company in CCMA and Labour Court matters, draft contracts and policies, train HR teams, and stay abreast of legal developments to mitigate risks and support a fair, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years\' experience specializing in employment and labour law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and the Bargaining Council landscape.
• Proven experience representing employers in CCMA and Labour Court matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on matters of employment law, including contracts, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and other relevant legislation.

Our client, a prominent industrial conglomerate, is seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to enhance their legal department in Vereeniging, Gauteng. This role requires a deep understanding of South African labour law, industrial relations, and employment litigation. You will be responsible for advising the business on all employment-related legal matters, including compliance, dispute resolution, and policy development. Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation and settlement negotiations.

Requirements
