Placements24 is seeking an experienced Employment Law Practitioner to provide specialized legal services for businesses operating in and around Klerksdorp. The role involves advising on compliance with the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and related legislation, representing employers in the CCMA and labour courts, and drafting employment contracts and HR policies.

• Ability to provide practical and commercially sound advice.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an astute Employment Law Practitioner to provide specialized legal services for businesses operating in and around Klerksdorp . This role is critical in advising companies on all facets of employment law, including compliance with the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and other pertinent legislation. You will represent employers in the CCMA and labour courts, draft employment contracts, and develop HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of labour disputes and a proactive approach to employment law advisory services, ensuring clients maintain compliant and fair workplace practices within the North West region.
