Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years' specialized experience in employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and other relevant employment legislation.
• Proven experience representing employers in bargaining forums and litigation.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and advisory skills.
• Excellent ability to manage complex ER cases and provide practical solutions.
