Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop annual territory and account plans with revenue objectives and growth opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of academic accounts to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Expand adoption of products and secure renewals and new contracts.
• Build relationships with faculty, librarians, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance engagement, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor solutions.
