About the Role

Our client, a growing online retailer, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their online sales channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery. You will be responsible for managing inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service operations, as well as driving efficiency and profitability. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of critical operational processes within a dynamic and expanding business. The position is based in Upington, Northern Cape, a key commercial center in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers.
• Implement and optimize e-commerce platform functionalities and integrations.
• Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and reduce operational costs.
• Manage customer service inquiries and resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the operations team.

Requirements
