About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functioning of their online business. This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to manage operations from any location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service excellence, and efficient supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce operational workflows, and a commitment to driving efficiency and customer satisfaction within a remote team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
