Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and couriers to optimize times and costs.
• Monitor inventory levels on the e-commerce platform and prevent stock issues.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to orders, shipping, and inventory.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
