Trafalgar Property in Cape Town is seeking a Community Scheme Administrator to support the Community Scheme Manager with day-to-day admin and coordination for trustees and owners. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Applicants should be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with computer literacy and a proven ability to work under pressure. Previous sectional title experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is required for daily admin tasks.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English to communicate with trustees and owners.
• Experience with sectional titles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Community Scheme Manager with administrative duties.
• Prepare monthly packs for the chairman and trustees.
• Typing of correspondence and minutes to trustees and owners.
• Liaise with Chairman and Trustees in the absence of the CSM.
• Manage inhouse systems and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
