Job summary

Trafalgar Port Elizabeth is seeking a Community Scheme Manager to oversee a portfolio of community schemes with precision, professionalism and a commitment to excellence.

You will handle budgets, levies, statements, and creditor payments, ensure compliance with CSOS and sectional title laws, coordinate maintenance and meetings, and advise trustees and directors while delivering Trafalgar's renowned service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a tertiary qualification in commerce, law, finance, or property studies.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Community Scheme Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Sectional Title Act, CSOS Act and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of portfolio financials, budgets, levy collections and creditor payments.
• Ensure compliance with CSOS, Sectional Titles Act, Companies Act and other relevant legislation.
• Oversee maintenance, insurance, bank accounts, and meetings with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Advise trustees and directors on scheme matters with expert guidance.
• Achieve a 24-hour turnaround time while maintaining Trafalgar's service standards.
