Job summary

Trafalgar Durban branch is seeking an experienced Sectional Title Community Scheme Administrator to join their dynamic team.

You will assist the ST Community Scheme Manager with day-to-day administration, including typing correspondence and minutes, and coordinating with trustees and owners. The role requires computer literacy and a proactive approach to upkeep of records and processes.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is essential for daily admin tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Sectional Title administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ST Community Scheme Manager with day-to-day admin.
• Type correspondence and minutes for meetings.
• Prepare letters to trustees and owners.
• Liaise with the Chairman and Trustees when the manager is absent.
• Prepare monthly packs for the Body Corporate chairman.
• Maintain information on in-house systems and logs.
• Log insurance claims and assist with maintenance issues.
• Manage emails with a 24-hour turnaround.
• Ensure invoices are authorised and paid on time.
• Draft AGM notices and assist with AGM workflows.
