Job summary

FNB Community Advisor Alternative Channels in Westville is a 12-month hourly-rate contract. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and guiding customers to the most suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

You will build relationships, educate customers about digital banking options, and contribute to portfolio growth while staying compliant with policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF 4.
• Preferred: NQF 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
