Job summary

FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for the Mafikeng area on a 12-month hourly rate contract. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs and guiding clients to suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service options.

You will build relationships, educate customers on the right banking platforms, and identify opportunities to support portfolio growth while adhering to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or FAIS-recognised field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services
