Job summary

FNB is hiring a Community Advisor for Alternative Channels at Westville on a 12-month hourly-rate contract. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively understanding needs, offering tailored product solutions, and guiding customers to eChannels and self-service options.

You will promote digital banking and ensure compliance with policies while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
