Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited, operating as FNB, seeks a Community Advisor for the Alternative Channel on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Strand. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs and guiding to the right service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

You will build relationships, educate customers on banking platforms, identify sales opportunities, and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform and self-service options.
