Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor for the Alternative Channel on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Pick n Pay POP initiative in Cape Town. You will build strong client relationships, guide customers to digital and self-service options, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring compliant and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or FAIS-recognized.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
