Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Relationship Consultant to join our client-facing team in Kempton Park. You will engage with clients, guide them through the debt review process and build trust through consistent support.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with targets guiding daily activities and client retention. This is a client-facing, on-site opportunity in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• 2–3 years' client-facing experience in relationship management, sales or financial services.
• Experience in debt review, debt counselling, credit or collections is highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with good objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

This is a client-facing opportunity for someone who is confident communicating with people, commercially driven and comfortable working in a target-focused environment.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with clients throughout their journey, building trust, identifying their needs and ensuring they receive professional and consistent support.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• 2–3 years' experience in a client-facing, relationship management, sales or financial services environment.
• Previous experience within debt review, debt counselling, credit, collections or financial services will be highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
