Network Recruitment is seeking a Relationship Consultant for a Kempton Park-based debt review and financial services client. The role focuses on engaging with clients, guiding them through debt review, and building ongoing relationships to support retention and growth.

The position requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• 23 years' experience in a client-facing, relationship management, sales or financial services environment.
• Previous experience within debt review, debt counselling, credit, collections or financial services will be highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial circumstances and requirements.
• Guide clients through the debt review process, providing clear and accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries, concerns and objections professionally while working towards suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all relevant information is captured on internal systems.
• Work towards individual and team targets while contributing to overall client retention and business growth.
