Qualifications

• 23 years' experience in a client-facing, relationship management, sales or financial services environment.
• Experience in debt review, debt counselling, credit, collections or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial circumstances and requirements.
• Guide clients through the debt review process, providing clear and accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries, concerns and objections professionally while working towards suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is captured on internal systems.
• Work towards individual and team targets while contributing to client retention and business growth.
