Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a Debt Counsellor in Gauteng to manage relationships through the entire debt review process. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and digital channels, coordinating with creditors and legal stakeholders, and maintaining compliant client records.

The ideal candidate has a Matric, a Finance-related qualification, and at least 3 years in debt review or finance, with NCR certification advantageous and FAIS Act familiarity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in debt review or financial industry.
• NCR Debt Counsellor Certification advantageous.
• Familiarity with FAIS Act.
• Strong understanding of National Credit Act.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
