Network Recruitment is seeking a Relationship Consultant for a Kempton Park-based debt review and financial services client. The role focuses on engaging with clients, guiding them through debt review, and building ongoing relationships to support retention and growth.

The position requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• 23 years' experience in a client-facing, relationship management, sales or financial services environment.
• Previous experience within debt review, debt counselling, credit, collections or financial services will be highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
