Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Relationship Consultant to join our client-facing team in Kempton Park. You will engage with clients, guide them through the debt review process and build trust through consistent support.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with targets guiding daily activities and client retention. This is a client-facing, on-site opportunity in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential; a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• 2–3 years' client-facing experience in relationship management, sales or financial services.
• Experience in debt review, debt counselling, credit or collections is highly advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with telephone etiquette.
• Confident negotiator with good objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to understand financial circumstances and requirements.
• Guide clients through the debt review process with clear information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries, concerns and objections professionally and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Work towards individual and team targets and contribute to client retention and growth.
