Job summary

Dante Personnel is recruiting a Debt Review Specialist to manage consumer relationships from onboarding to completion, in a dynamic financial services environment. You will coordinate with clients across phone, WhatsApp, email and digital channels while maintaining accurate records and ensuring service standards.

You will need a Matric plus a Finance-related qualification, at least 3 years in Debt Review or financial services, and familiarity with FAIS and the National Credit Act.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Debt Review or Financial Industry experience.
• Familiarity with the FAIS Act and National Credit Act.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• A qualification in Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of Debt Review or Financial Industry Experience
• NCR Debt Counsellor Certification (advantageous)
• Familiarity with the FAIS Act
• Strong understanding of the National Credit Act
