Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide clear information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Process transactions, applications, and requests accurately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
