Job summary

First National Bank (FNB) is seeking a Community Advisor for Alternative Channels in Somerset West to deliver a superior customer experience by understanding needs and guiding clients to eChannels and self-service. You will build strong client relationships, communicate processes clearly, and ensure compliance while promoting digital solutions and tailored financial options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4 required; NQF5 preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support in financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to guide customers toward digital and self-service solutions.

Responsibilities
