FirstRand Limited, through FNB Community Advisor Alternative Channels, seeks a customer-centric professional to deliver exceptional service and tailor financial solutions. You will guide customers to digital/self-service options, educate on platform use, and drive sales within a 12-month fixed-term role at Somerset West.

Build relationships, maintain high service standards, and stay compliant with bank policies, while working in a dynamic team focused on local market impact and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 minimum qualification.
• Preferred NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking or related fields.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and offering tailored product solutions.
• Direct customers to the most suitable service channels (including eChannels and self-service).
• Ensure compliance with policies and processes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs and drive digital adoption.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to portfolio growth.
