Job summary

FNB Community Advisor DHA is seeking a part-time professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the DHA initiative. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs and guiding them to suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

Responsibilities include building relationships, educating customers on banking platforms, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring compliance and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred NQF Level 5.
• Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments or service delivery within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and responsive.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform and Self-Service solutions.
• Identify and support sales opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with rules and processes and maintain attention to detail.
