Job summary

FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for the DHA initiative in Khayelitsha on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will build customer relationships, guide clients to digital self-service, and ensure policy compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should have Grade 12 (NQF 4) with an NQF 5 certificate preferred, and 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services. Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments or client support within financial services.
