Ideal candidates have Grade 12/NQF4 (NQF5 preferred) and 1–3 years in client-facing financial services, with strong communication and sales aptitude. This role supports channel optimization and local market brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5. Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or FAIS-recognized field.
