Job summary

FNB is seeking a Customer Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Khayelitsha. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, understanding client needs, and guiding them to the most suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service.

You will build relationships, communicate processes clearly, and drive contextual solutions while ensuring compliance and cost-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF4 with FAIS-recognised certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Ability to guide customers to digital/self-service channels.
