Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leasing and sales opportunities within the Cape Town commercial property market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties, understanding market dynamics and pricing trends.
• Market and present commercial properties to prospective tenants and buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate lease and sales agreements, ensuring favourable terms for our client and their property owners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and market analyses for clients.
• Manage the entire transaction process from initial contact through to closing.
• Stay abreast of local market conditions, zoning regulations, and economic influences affecting commercial real estate in Cape Town.

Requirements

• A proven track record of success in commercial property brokerage or a related sales field.
• A deep understanding of the Cape Town commercial real estate market, including key sub-markets and property types.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel extensively within the Cape Town metropolitan area.
• Professional designation or relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Resilience, drive, and a persistent attitude towards achieving sales targets.
