Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the relevant South African regulatory authority.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial property market in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal .
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of property law, lease agreements, and sales contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with real estate CRM software is advantageous.
